Technically Jack hasn't actually done anything wrong or to rightly offend him beyond the falsely-familiar touch when trying to drag him out of trouble, but the man's just so goddamn smug and full of himself Rhys can't help but feel petty and irritated. Jack doesn't even have any reason to act the way he does--he's just working Intake. That's hardly a position of real power, but he walks it and flaunts it as if it's the greatest thing ever.
