Wait...wait wait, you mean you're serious? [ The kid keeps talking, keeps being all official and then he even has the gall to relay the entirely confidential information of his warrant to him and all Rhys can do is openly stare at the literal child in front of. The RAC sent a child to fill his warrant.

Or a broker. Or this guy somehow got his hands on it, but that doesn't make this whole thing any more believable. What the hells is going on he's so confused. ]
