[It only takes a few weeks for Old Town to become an absolute mess. Kate's been running herself a bit ragged, trying to keep up with the resistance and helping Lunafreya and everything else, so when she hears about a cure, she's too relieved to give it much thought. In the back of her mind, she thinks it's a little too convenient—all of it happened so quickly and easily, and do pandemics really get solved so fast? Still, for now, all she lets herself focus on is the fact that a lot of people are going to be saved, and she needs to do everything she can to help deliver as much of the stuff to Lunafreya as possible, not that she's actually been able to get any of it.
