[That's advice that he'll have no difficulty in heeding. He has no desire to embarrass himself in public by choking on his drink, but being able to sip it slowly might help him adjust to the flavor.]

Don't worry. I'll be sure to take my time with it. [He sets the drink just slightly to the side while he fiddles with his tea.]

Do you do this often? Create a unique drink for the patrons here?
