[The pressure on Badou's arm tightens, hardens, the vice-grasp of his fingers only a step away from crushing, pulls up just a little more, and already the strain is there, poised at the moment before breakage, just a fractional increment away. His lips part again, so close to the pinned man's ear as to be felt, words on the tip of his tongue, but--

Giovanni tenses then, turns his head, eyes a sly glimmer as he stares over at his slightly inebriated Handler, the man standing with his hand hovering over the hilt of his Dog Bite, expression hard but concerned.
I said put him down! Heel!
Giovanni's tongue clicks sharp against his teeth and in one smooth movement he's pulling Badou up from the table just enough to slam him back down again, hard, the force of it bone-jarring though not quite enough for anything to break. He releases him then, steps back, flashes his toothy grin.

I know, I know. I heard you.
[His voice is a slippery slide as he addresses his Handler, though there's something in it now, almost - but not quite - subservient. In a quieter voice, directed only to Badou, he murmurs--]
Play time's over. Say hello to my brother for me.
[And with that he begins to move away, returns to his Handler who - hurriedly - begins to usher him out of the bar, berating him in a hot hushed whisper. Giovanni glances back over his shoulder, though, and his smile is a sharp deadly thing.]
