[Which is a question that isn't a question, but she wonders if there's a reason he hasn't fled to somewhere like Eulogy, where things are quieter and safer because no one's about to riot there.

Is it because he hasn't been able to get out, or because he wants to stay to help? Mostly she's asking since she'll be able to help, if it's the former.]
