They're angry, are the people knocking over garbage cans and piling down the way; but they're still workers with mouths to feed and beds to tumble into at the end of the day -- not the fury-forged body of a real mob, heedless of everything but the need to burn things down. Bad sign, but it's nothing he can't actually take.
